Day 25

Its been over three weeks since we officially knew we were going to be parents and Erin has officially gone into "needy" mode. She has started asking me to make her breakfast every morning. Fortunately, her appetite isn't very big so breakfast means either a small bowl of cereral or some pieces of toast and orange juice. I've also taken on more of the cleaning and tidying up around the house. It's totally expected since all Erin wants to do when she gets home from work is lay down on the couch. I am counting the days until the 2nd trimester when she should get some of her energy back.

I got a little bit of scare on Wednesday at work. They told me that I might have to be up at IBM in Connecticut for testing the entire week. That would leave Erin all alone at home. She would probably end up at her parents. Luckily, they decided (for now) that they don't need me up there. Whew!
